The Showroom at Au Lac, Bar Fedora, serves food from their world class plant based menu, prepared by Chef Ito. You can arrive early, 6ish, and eat in the dining room before the show, or eat dinner, snacks, drinks during the show. You can even start your meal in the restaurant and have them carry over the rest of your meal in the showroom.

The showroom itself is a beautiful intimate room, with a speakeasy vibe.

It's located right across from Disney Hall.

Brent Forrester is the executive producer of the Judd Apatow Netflix series Love. He has also written for The Simpsons,
King of the Hill (which he also exec produced), The Ben Stiller Show, Mr. Show with Bob and David and Undeclared. He served as a writer, director and consulting producer on The Office.

He also directed a 2008 series of webisodes of The Office and wrote the web series In Gayle We Trust.

He also wrote the screenplay for the 1996 film The Stupids, the film The Low Self Esteem of Lizzie Gillespie with Mindy Kaling, and a sitcom pilot for Ron Howard.

Forrester also voiced Leon the Drug Addict in the episode of King of the Hill "Junkie Business".

Jen Kirkman is a stand-up comedian and the author of the New York Times bestseller, "I Can Barely Take Care of Myself". Jen is currently a writer and regular round table guest on Chelsea Lately. She also was one of the stars of the hit-spin-off 'mockumentary' show After Lately. Jen's latest stand-up album Hail to the Freaks (released March 2011) hit #13 on the Billboard Charts. Her debut album was 2006's "Self Help." Jen is also well known for her role as the narrator in a few episodes of the cult-hit series "Drunk History" which aired on Comedy Central and HBO. Jen has appeared on: The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan, John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show, The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, Late Friday on NBC, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and BBC UK's The World Stands Up. Entertainment Weekly said, "If you like Louis CK, check out Jen Kirkman's hyper self-analytical humor." Jen has a weekly podcast, "I Seem Fun: The Diary of Jen Kirkman." She tours as a stand-up but is based in Los Angeles.
