The Showroom at Au Lac, Bar Fedora, serves food from their world class plant based menu, prepared by Chef Ito. You can arrive early, 6ish, and eat in the dining room before the show, or eat dinner, snacks, drinks during the show. You can even start your meal in the restaurant and have them carry over the rest of your meal in the showroom.

The showroom itself is a beautiful intimate room, with a speakeasy vibe.

It's located right across from Disney Hall.

Comedian Debra DiGiovanni has been awarded the Canadian Comedy Award for best female comic for the third time in 5 years. . Debra’s comedy has a sharp edge while maintaining a playful, happy air. And her persona is one of the best developed of any comic working today- couple that with a hilarious act that is so personal everyone can relate- and you see why Debra is so popular. Her humor and charm lies in her unflinching honesty and openness, and rapid-fire delivery.

Two Canadian stand up specials for CTV/Comedy network, she taped her first set on Comedy Central with her ‘Live at Gotham’ recorded in New York City. Since, she’s taped comedy segments for ‘Gotham Live’ and ‘Stand Up in Stilettos’ in Los Angeles as well as ‘Stand and Deliver’ for NuvoTV.

She was also a finalist on the 5th season of NBC’s hit show Last Comic Standing-making it to the Top 8 comedians. She was even awarded a Canadian TV award –a Gemini- for best-televised comedy performance of 2009.

Debra’s a favorite at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival. She’s done the popular Bridgetown Fest in Portland (2013) the Glasgow Comedy Fest in Scotland (2013) and Debra was thrilled to do the Just For Laughs festival in Sydney Australia (2013). You can often hear Debra on CBC radio’s ‘Debaters’ program. And, Debra has become a nationwide favorite on the hugely popular Much Music show ‘Video On Trial’, which can now be seen on FUSEtv and Debra debuted in the independent film Unlucky and her first stand up DVD for the Showtime Network- was produced with her management team (Levity Entertainment Group) “Single, Awkward Female.” It is now available on Netflix USA and on. In winter of 2014- she completed her first solo national tour, with Just For Laughs! The Late Bloomer Tour crossed Canada with 21 cities. You can see Debra on the comedy network’s revival of Match Game, a Canadian revamping of the 70’s game show, where Debra is a popular panelist.

Kira Soltanovich developed much of her Amazon Special "You Did This To Me" at UnCabaret while she was hormone crazed and pregnant. She also appears in our Amazon series.

Kira has also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Set List, 3rd Rock From The Sun, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. She's a recurring stand-up comic on the E! Network, VH1's All Access, and Love Lounge and was a series regular for four seasons on the Oxygen and Nationally syndicated show, Girls Behaving Badly.

Kira headlines in comedy clubs and colleges throughout the country, and has toured the world entertaining the troops in USO shows.

Kira has been a winner, finalist and semi-finalist in a myriad of comedy competitions and festivals, including Comedy Central's Laugh Riots, California's Funniest Female, Seattle International Comedy Festival, and the Boston Comedy Festival. Kira will perform at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in the summer of 2005.

Based on her writing and acting, she was selected to be a part of the ABC Comedy Development Showcase where she was named "Hottest new writer". She has shot several pilots this year, including a Pilot Presentation for Comedy Central. You might also hear Kira as the voice of "Carla", a teenage know-it-all, on the animated series, Iggy Cool.

She grew up in San Francisco during a time when there were bad neighborhoods, cheap coffee and it wasn't ironic to ride the cable cars.

She began her comedy career back in 1998 right after asking her Russian immigrant parents if they were copacetic with her desires to become a stand up comedian. After her mother and father confessed "It's not like you're smart enough to be a doctor" Kira took that as their blessing to pursue her dreams and she's never looked back.
